RYE BROOK, N.Y., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Boeing, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, L-3 Communications and Lockheed Martin all placed in the TOP 10 highest earnings security companies according to the 2003-2004 SecuritySolutionsWatch.com Profitability Survey. The just released 261 page report analyzes the revenues, earnings, earnings per share and profit margins of the 100 companies included in the SecurityStockWatch 100 Index. It shows that trailing twelve months revenues for the 100 companies increased by 8% to $189 billion and earnings improved from a $5 billion loss to a $4 billion profit, while most recent quarter revenues grew 13% over the prior year quarter and 8% sequentially for earnings improvements of $4 billion over the prior year quarter and 19% sequentially.

Ed Johnson, CPA, Financial Analyst and Author of the Report said, "We're spending heavily in the public and private sectors to safeguard human assets, financial assets and our public infrastructure. Our Survey shows that two-thirds of our 100 companies enjoyed enhanced profitability for the most recent quarter over the same quarter the year before as many are coming out of the difficult economic circumstance of the past couple of years, but it also shows those who are already benefiting from the public emphasis on security and those who appear to be positioning themselves for strong roles in the future."

Segmented into six Security Groups the 2003-2004 SecuritySolutionsWatch.com Profitability Survey includes: analysis of 21 charts (three for Overview and each Security Group) comparing revenues, earnings, earnings per share and profit margins for the latest trailing twelve months to prior trailing twelve months, and the most recent quarter to the prior year comparable quarter and previous quarter.

Also provided are two-page Company Profiles for all 100 Companies including demographic information; revenues and earnings rankings; August 29, 2003 closing stock prices with 52 week highs and lows; Description of Business; Financial Performance Table, analysis of financial performance and implications for the future.
